Scientists discover the world, engineers create the world 

On February 17, the R&D Center carried out the "Design Safety Factor & First-Line Rule" training activity in the morning. Director Tang Hailong and Deputy Director Zhou Peikang of the R&D Center focused on the two core contents of design safety factor and first-line rule to solve problems through actual cases in the work, aiming to enhance the design risk awareness of R&D engineers, thereby improving product safety and reliability. The R&D Center will stick to its original intention, work together, continuously improve personal abilities, and protect the quality of products with a rigorous attitude and professional ability!

Award Ceremony for AI Review Results

In this era of rapid technological development, AI technology has been deeply integrated into our study and work. In order to encourage everyone to actively explore the field of AI and improve their ability to apply AI knowledge, the Human Resources Department organized AI special training on February 13, and required all trainees to submit AI assignments based on their respective work. After fierce competition and rigorous and meticulous review by professional judges, the final list of AI assignment winners was released! The cases of 20 trainees, including Qian Dandan from the Finance Department, won. On March 19, the Human Resources Department specially organized an award ceremony for the AI review results. Manager Li Jin of the Human Resources Department and Manager Wang Gang of the Brand Marketing Department were invited to serve as the award presenters of this award ceremony. At the award ceremony, outstanding representatives exchanged cases on the spot, among which common cases resonated with everyone and received continuous applause; Manager Wang Gang shared the rules and excellent cases of this review, hoping that everyone would continue to work hard and use AI tools to continuously improve work efficiency; Manager Li Jin highly praised and affirmed this AI training and case sharing, and said that the Human Resources Department will continue to organize AI training in the future, and select training instructors from the award winners to improve the use rate of AI in the company, continuously improve work efficiency and innovate work methods!


Special training for new managers and technical backbones by general manager

On March 20, in order to enable new managers and technical backbones to adapt to the company faster, understand the company, integrate into the company, and clarify the development direction, the company carefully prepared a meaningful training, with the general manager personally serving as a lecturer, bringing everyone a feast of knowledge and ideas.

First, General Manager Chen led everyone to explore the core of corporate culture in depth. From the original mission of the company at the beginning of its establishment to the values precipitated in the development process, every story and every concept contains the wisdom and sweat of countless predecessors. Through the sharing of vivid cases, new colleagues deeply realized that corporate culture is not an empty slogan, but a code of conduct and spiritual guidance throughout daily work. Secondly, Mr. Chen shared the company's strategic planning: the company's strategic planning is like a lighthouse in the sea, guiding the direction of progress. Mr. Chen elaborated on the company's strategic layout in the current market environment, from short-term goals to long-term visions, from business expansion directions to core competitiveness, every link has been analyzed in detail.

Then Mr. Chen shared five qualities and four levels of positions. Through the interpretation of the five qualities, Mr. Chen clarified the company's standards for selecting and employing people. He hopes that all colleagues present can understand, understand and truly use the five qualities in personnel selection to select more outstanding talents for the company's development. Finally, Mr. Chen explained the concept of "four-level position" in a simple and easy-to-understand way, guiding new employees to examine their work from different levels. Through an in-depth understanding of the four-level position, new colleagues have learned to think about problems from different heights, broadened their horizons, and helped to better cooperate in future work and make plans for the company's development.
