Guo Xingde joined Mingmen on January 25, 2024. Initially, Guo Xingde was responsible for managing the smart lock assembly workshop. With his in-depth, problem-oriented work style and enthusiastic work, he quickly improved the workshop's production efficiency and product quality. After that, he also took charge of the newly established lock body assembly workshop. Faced with new challenges and pressures, Guo Xingde rose to the challenge and successfully achieved a smooth transition and efficient operation in the early stage of the new lock body workshop. On October 11, Guo Xingde was appointed as the manager of the lock production department by the company and took over the mechanical lock assembly workshop.


From the supervisor of the smart lock assembly workshop to the manager of the lock production department, in less than a year, Guo Xingde quickly integrated into the Mingmen family, actively sought breakthroughs, and had outstanding work performance, becoming the backbone of the company's development!


Improved production efficiency

In September, the company has entered the peak production season, and orders are pouring in. Under the prosperous scene of orders, ensuring quality, quantity and delivery is a difficult task that needs to be faced. Under tremendous pressure, Guo Xingde racked his brains to optimize and adjust every detail all day long in order to improve production efficiency, such as personnel position adjustment, simple process optimization, reasonable production line planning, employee mentality sorting, etc. Guo Xingde personally organized and solved some seemingly inadvertent small problems. Finally, under his leadership, the average daily output of the single-line body in the lock body assembly workshop increased from the original 900 sets to 1,200 sets, and he led the team to successfully complete the production and delivery task of 106,000 sets of D6068 lock bodies in September.


Guo Xingde is such a person who devotes himself to work in order to complete the work tasks, and has achieved an impressive result of increasing the average daily output of the single-line body by 33%.

On-site management

Guo Xingde pays attention to on-site management and is well aware of the importance of the "three-determination" principles of production management - positioning, quantification, and standardization for improving production efficiency. He requires that on-site abnormalities must be reported if they cannot be resolved within 10 minutes. This regulation not only improves the efficiency of problem solving, but also enhances the sense of responsibility and urgency of employees.


Cost control is very important for enterprise development. Guo Xingde found that the self-made electronic kits in the smart lock assembly workshop were inefficient and had a high defect rate. He actively explored ways to improve them, laying the foundation for the later plan to lead the development of the smart lock workshop electronic kits from self-made to outsourced. This measure not only improved the production efficiency of the workshop, but also greatly reduced costs.

Personnel management

Guo Xingde always pays attention to employee care and the shaping of corporate culture. He always pays attention to the adaptation of new employees and conducts targeted pre-job training for new employees. For new employees who are not adapted, he also communicates and adjusts positions in a timely manner to ensure that people and positions match, so that everyone can give full play to their potential.


Guo Xingde believes that a reasonable salary system stimulates employees' enthusiasm for work. He held a special meeting on piecework for a week to publicize the benefits of piecework reform. Actively guided, the piecework wage reform of the assembly workshop was finally a complete success. Getting rid of the past situation of "one for everyone", the scientificity and fairness of performance appraisal have been improved by refining assessment indicators and clarifying assessment standards. This measure allows employees who want to do things and can do things to get more labor remuneration.
